About the Role:
This is an execution role, not an on-camera or talent role. You will work entirely from source material supplied by the founder and team - screen recordings, product demo footage, voice memos, and written talking points - and turn it into finished, scheduled, and engaged-with content. You do not need to appear on camera or be the public face of the company.

Responsibilities
Content production:
- Edit and repurpose long-form source material into YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X clips, including thumbnails, captions, titles, and SEO.
- Manage full YouTube channel operations: upload cadence, video descriptions, community-tab replies, and comment moderation/engagement.
- LinkedIn (primary channel)
- Schedule and publish company and/or founder posts, drafted from provided talking points or lightly edited from founder drafts.
- Build and manage a dedicated, real-named,



ghostwritten thought-leadership profile focused on common industry problems the company solves (not a fake or pseudo profile - see Notes for Candidate).
- Run engagement: thoughtful commenting on posts from target personas (SI partner managers, platform Center-of-Excellence leads, finance/IT/audit leaders), plus measured connection outreach.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid) tied to measurable goals.

Cross-platform & reporting:
- Maintain a content calendar spanning product proof points, category education, and platform-specific angles as recent integrations (ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday) come online.
- Set up and operate a scheduling/automation stack so one batch of source material produces a week or more of cross-platform content.
- Track and report monthly analytics (views, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs) against pipeline-linked goals — listing traffic,
