Manage property listings on portals like 99 acres, Magic Bricks, Housing.com
2. Marketing Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events
Coordinate with creative teams for brochures, banners, hoardings, and digital creatives
3. Channel Partner / Broker Management
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners
Conduct broker meets and project presentations
4. Market Research
Analyse competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
Share insights for pricing strategy and campaign improvements
5. Digital Marketing Coordination
Manage social media pages and website updates
Coordinate with agencies for SEO, paid campaigns, and lead generation
Handle online reputation management (ORM) and respond to queries
6. Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead quality
Track campaign performance and conversion rates
7. Branding & Promotion
Ensure proper on-site branding and visibility
Maintain robust project presence in the market
