In the role of Manager – Supply Chain (India & SEA), you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring effective planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, order management and customer service to deliver reliable product availability and operational excellence across the region.

As a Manager - Supply Chain (India & SEA), you will play a key role in developing and executing regional supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product availability and operational efficiency across India and Southeast Asia.
You will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Production, Procurement, R&D; and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans,
seed movements in line with regulatory compliance, optimize inventory levels, manage logistics and distribution activities, and support data-driven decision-making to achieve business objectives and customer service targets.
In this role, your work will include to:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to drive high performance and collaboration.
- Manage end-to-end supply planning to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and customer service excellence across India and SEA.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and productive product movement.
- Drive capacity planning, processing, testing, and scheduling activities while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and supply chain processes to deliver high-quality products to the market
