About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented People Operations Associate/Executive to own the day-to-day operational backbone of our People function. This role blends operational execution (payroll coordination, travel, onboarding, office logistics) with process ownership (compliance, data integrity, vendor management) and forward-looking process improvement (AI-enabled automation and workflow design). You'll be the go-to person ensuring employees have a smooth, well-supported experience, from their first day to their last, while helping us build smarter, more scalable People systems.

What You’ll Do
Payroll & Compliance Coordination
- Act as the internal point of contact for our third-party payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing each cycle
- Guide the team on timely payroll and Full & Final (F&F;) settlement processes, including disbursements and vendor comp
