Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the Icertis Contract Management system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to contract creation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the Icertis platform.
- Assist with system configuration, updates, and testing of recent releases or patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document support issues, resolutions, and best practices to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Coordinate with the Icertis product support team and other IT departments for escalations and complex problem-solving.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on Icertis functionalities and best practices.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
- Support data integrity and compliance by ensuring contracts and metadata are accurately maintained.
