About
the Role

Pyrosens, a Tempsens Group enterprise, is a prominent
manufacturer of infrared temperature measurement devices — Pyrometers, Thermal
Imaging Cameras, Furnace Monitoring Systems, and Black Bodies — for industrial
and R&D; applications. We are looking for a results-driven Export Sales
Manager to drive international sales growth, build strong customer
relationships, and expand Pyrosens' presence across global markets, with a
robust focus on export sales, international marketing, and global client acquisition
across key industrial sectors.

Key
Responsibilities

● Develop
and execute international sales strategies to achieve business targets.

● Identify
and explore new markets, distributors, and channel partners.

● Manage and
grow relationships with existing international clients.

● Negotiate
contracts, pricing, and business terms with global customers.

● Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

● Represent
the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.

● Collaborate
with internal teams (Production,



Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order
execution.

● Prepare
sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

● Ensure
compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade
policies.

● Achieve
defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required
Qualifications

● B.E./B.Tech
in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

● Minimum 3
to 5 years of experience in Sales within the Instrumentation Industry.

● Experience
in B2B international sales (manufacturing, engineering products, industrial
equipment, or similar industries) preferred.
