Job Description

Rotork is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Service Engineer – RS Sales to develop sales, service and recurring revenue opportunities across Karnataka.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products, spare parts, retrofit solutions and maintenance services to existing and new customers. The role requires a combination of sales capability and practical product-servicing knowledge, enabling the candidate to support customers throughout the complete sales and service cycle.
The position will involve customer engagement, technical support, site surveys, product servicing, market development, opportunity management,



sales forecasting and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of products, spare parts, retrofit solutions and service offerings across Karnataka.
- Develop recurring revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Provide product servicing, troubleshooting and basic technical support to end users.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, surveys, commissioning support and service-related activities as required.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of valve actuators and associated control systems.
- Support customers with product-related technical queries and recommend appropriate service or replacement solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, end users, consultants, contractors, distributors and channel partners.
