THE ROLE

As the Agile Program Manager for HRIT within Pure's Digital Transformation Group, you will spearhead the technology portfolio that powers our global employee experience. You will align strategic HR leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, and third-party vendor partners to deliver scalable enterprise applications across Talent Acquisition and Talent Transformation. In this high-impact role, you will optimize program execution, mitigate complex delivery risks,



and establish AI-infused delivery frameworks that modernize workforce technology across the organization.
