NEXIS is a next-gen business management school where traditional education methods are replaced by hands-on experiences, real-world challenges, and out-of-class learning.
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to assist with our digital marketing and social media initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders - Ritesh Agarwal (IITB/IIMB) and Aman Choudhury (ISB/SRCC) and with our marketing agency - Arkedia, to ensure the seamless execution of our social media and digital marketing strategies.
You will manage day-to-day tasks related to our social media handles and ensure alignment with the overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between NEXIS and our external marketing agency.
- Ensure the agency has all necessary resources and information to execute digital and social media marketing plans effectively.
- Monitor progress on marketing campaigns and ensure they align with NEXIS's goals.

Social Media Management:




- Take the lead in managing NEXIS’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and posting of content across all social media channels.
- Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and respond to queries or comments in a timely manner.

Content Development:
- Work closely with the agency and internal teams to create engaging social media content (visuals, videos, posts).
- Provide ideas for current content that can help increase brand visibility and engagement.

Campaign Support:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising and influencer marketing.
- Track performance metrics of campaigns and compile reports for senior management review.

Market Research:
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Research competitor activity and suggest new ways to enhance NEXIS’s social media presence.

Data Analytics:
- Help monit
