Compensation: Base + Variable up to ₹50,00,000 LPA Capped + Meaningful Early Equity
The Mandate
Straffing AI has partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed developer infrastructure and low-code workflow automation platform. We are explicitly headhunting a Director of Sales to architect, deploy, and scale their North American outbound Go-To-Market engine from absolute zero.
This is not an administrative management seat. We are looking for a Step-Up Leader, an elite, deeply technical US Enterprise Account Executive, Strategic AE, or Sales Team Lead who has outgrown their individual contributor quota and is ready to build a net-new outbound machine. You will be a player-coach: executing ground-level hunting (writing sequences, running technical discovery, closing early logos)



while systematically hiring and managing a highly disciplined pod of SDRs beneath you out of Gurgaon.
The Ideal Archetype
- Ecosystem Heritage: You are currently operating inside a Series A/B growth-stage startup (50-300 headcount) selling deeply technical software, Developer Tools, API infrastructure, DevOps, Observability, or Low-Code platforms.
- The Target Persona: You speak fluent engineering. Your daily buyers are cynical CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Technical Product Managers. You know how to bypass corporate gates and handle complex architectural objections.
- The Execution Track Record: 8 to 14 years of total B2B software sales experience. You have spent the last 3+ consecutive years executing high-velocity, cold outbound plays strictly into the North American / US market.
- The Shift Muscle: You have high endurance and are structurally aligned to permanent US graveyard shift hours to manage real-time pipelines and discovery cycles.
