About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our global revenue function. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with senior team members to identify business opportunities, engage with global prospects, and support the end-to-end sales cycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to international markets and B2B sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales




- Identify and research potential clients across international markets (North America, EMEA, APAC)
- Generate leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) and inbound channels
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and aligning them with SOUKMEDIA's offerings
- Support in building and managing a robust sales pipeline
- Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and client presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on solutions and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools
- Track key sales metrics such as outreach, conversions, and revenue contribution
- Support the closure process including follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience or relevant
