The Role

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-lifecycle technical recruitment. You won't just post jobs and wait—you will proactively hunt for passive talent, partner closely with our engineering leaders to optimize hiring loops, and act as our brand ambassador in the tech ecosystem. Your work will directly shape the caliber of our product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Lifecycle Recruiting:



Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-demand technical roles (Full-Stack, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product Management).

Advanced Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities) to build robust pipelines of passive candidates.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with engineering leaders to define role requirements, calibrate skill assessments, and streamline interview loops.

Candidate Experience: Deliver an unforgettable, high-touch candidate journey from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to continuously optimize our hiring processes.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a rapid-paced tech startup, product company, or specialized recruitment age
