Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in Udyog Vihar Phase V (Sector 19) at Tussle Digital. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing administrative tasks, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and offering exceptional customer service.

In particular this role will manage the below duties:
- Recruitment for Tussle Digital / Raksha IT / Community360 and other subsidiaries.
- Management of Office Administration




- Providing Admin Support to CFO
- Providing Admin Support to CEO
- Organisation of Staff Events
- Administration of staff KPIs, Goals and Metrics
- Working with Team Leaders, Department Managers to generate performance reporting
- Working with Stakeholders on Projects, particularly those relating to people.

Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Administrative Assistance and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with HR software or systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
