 Project Coordination & Execution

· Manage and execute online quantitative market research projects end-to-end.
· Coordinate with survey programming, data processing, and quality teams for project setup and delivery.
· Monitor field progress, track quotas, and ensure accurate targeting and completion.
 Client Communication
· Act as a point of contact for clients during project execution.
· Understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables; communicate updates proactively.
· Ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and delivery quality.
 Vendor & Panel Management
· Liaise with panel partners and vendors for sample procurement and feasibility checks.
· Negotiate timelines and ensure adherence to quality and cost parameters.




 Quality & Data Integrity
· Monitor response quality, validation checks, and quota management.
· Identify and resolve quality issues or anomalies in real-time.
 Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain accurate project trackers, daily status reports, and closing summaries.
· Document learnings, challenges, and improvements for future projects.
 Cross-functional Coordination
· Collaborate with internal teams like survey programming, analytics, and sales to ensure smooth execution.
· Support the manager in process improvements and automation initiatives.
