Designation: Assistant Manager – Meta Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager – Meta Operations to manage campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
The role will focus on driving operational excellence, campaign performance, and revenue outcomes across advertiser portfolios in a fast-paced AdTech environment. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, audience experimentation, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution and management of Meta Ads campaigns across performance and brand objectives.
- Design, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage advertiser accounts and act as a key Account Management and Client Management point of contact, ensuring effective communication, performance alignment, and timely resolution of client requirements.




- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into campaign strategies, and drive performance outcomes.
- Conduct structured A/B testing and audience experimentation to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Implement best practices across bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creatives, placements, and funnel tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance dashboards and proactively identify trends, gaps, and actionable optimization opportunities.
- Work with DTC brands to understand their business objectives, customer journey, conversion funnel, and performance marketing requirements.
- Collaborate with Analytics and other internal teams to improve measurement, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
- Manage and troubleshoot MMP and third-party integrations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, event flow, and campaign measurement.
