ABOUT THE TEAM
The Procurement team at OakNorth manages supplier relationships, contract lifecycle activities, and purchasing operations across our India, UK, and US entities. We work closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance to ensure every supplier engagement is commercially sound, compliant, and well-governed — while continuously improving the processes and tools that underpin our procurement function.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Associate to join our Procurement and Supplier Management team, supporting end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and contracting through to supplier due diligence, invoice processing, and performance management. You'll be hands-on across both strategic and operational procurement,



working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers while supporting our UK and US teams. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead sourcing and tendering activities for new and renewing supplier engagements, including RFx preparation and evaluation; benchmark supplier pricing and commercial terms to support value-for-money assessments.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities — drafting, negotiation support, execution, amendments, and renewals — in collaboration with Legal; maintain and update the contract register, tracking key dates and milestones.
- Support category management across key spend areas, identifying consolidation opportunities and preferred supplier strategies; ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirem
