Role Overview
We are looking for an AI & Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate data pipelines and AI applications on our platform. The role combines data engineering (ETL/ELT, modeling, SQL) with hands-on LLM/AI application work — including AI skills, agent workflows, and MCP server development and integrations. You will work independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and ship production-ready APIs and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Develop and refine data models that support analytics, AI applications, and downstream products.
- Build and iterate on LLM/AI applications, including prompt/flow design, evaluation, and productionization.
- Design and implement AI skills and agent workflows for real business use cases.
- Develop and integrate MCP servers so agents and tools can reliably connect to internal systems and data.
- Design, implement,



and consume REST APIs for data and AI services.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to turn requirements into working platform capabilities.
- Own quality, reliability, and documentation of pipelines, APIs, and AI components.
- Work independently with solid written and verbal communication across teams and locations.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a closely related platform role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building and operating ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data modeling for analytics and application use cases.
- Practical experience with LLM/AI application development.
- Experience building AI skills and agent workflows.
- Experience with MCP server development and integrations.
- Proven experience in REST API design and integration.
- Strong communication skil
