We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Engineering Business Development skilled with 3–8 years of experience in engineering sales, technical business development, or related client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering products, solutions, and services, combined with excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding technical requirements, and proposing suitable engineering solutions. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, project teams, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
The successful candidate should be comfortable managing the complete business development lifecycle,



from lead generation and prospecting to technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure. A strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate technical capabilities into effective business solutions will be essential for success in this role.
