Job Description

As the Commercial Insights Manager, you will lead the delivery of commercial intelligence, market insights and business analytics that support strategic decision-making,



revenue growth and client development across IQ-EQ.
Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will partner with stakeholders across multiple business lines to identify commercial opportunities, improve decision-making, and support strategic initiatives through high-quality reporting and market intelligence.

What you'll do
- You'll leverage market, competitor, client, and transaction data to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and strategic commercial recommendations.
- You'll analyse client portfolios and service usage to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities while supporting targeted commercial campaigns.
- You'll utilise CRM, Power BI, and external data sources to generate actionable insights, market intelligence, and revenue-focused recommendations.
