About Role
Accountable for overall operational performance (SQCDM: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale) for a large-scale operation. Leads and develops teams to achieve production targets, ensure safety and quality standards, and control costs including maintenance. Drives process excellence through systems, benchmarks,
and continuous improvement. Aligns department goals with business needs, manages budgets, supports CAPEX planning, and fosters a strong performance-driven, people-focused culture.

- Responsible for the fulfilment of the maintenance plan (incl. cost).
