We're Hiring: SDE 2 / SDE 3 – Backend Specialist | 7+ Years Experience

We’re looking for a seasoned Software Development Engineer (SDE 2 / SDE 3) with 7+ years of experience to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for backend experts ready to lead impactful projects and drive engineering excellence.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend and full-stack initiatives using Java (mandatory); Python experience is a plus
- Architect and implement microservices, applying SOLID principles, OOP, and system scalability best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain robust REST and GraphQL APIs using Swagger, Postman, etc.
- Develop clean, modular, testable code using Spring Boot and Hibernate
- Work with MySQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL) with strong understanding of ACID compliance
- Implement secure authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0
- Ensure security standards across the stack: SSL/TLS, secure cookies,



and HTTP headers
- Deploy and scale systems on AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS)
- Follow DevOps best practices: Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and test automation (JUnit, Mockito)
- Optimize system performance with caching (L1/L2), throttling, and load balancing

✅ Must-Have Expertise
- Robust command of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance backend systems
- Hands-on contribution across architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
