Mission:
The aim of this position is to work on New Product Development,
provide technical coaching product/technology/process expertise to the team members.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for patent searching, especially on benchmark commercial platforms (Questel, PatBAse, PatSnap,…)
• Responsible for understanding and assessing patent claims, and properly determining patent scopes
• Responsible for grant proceedings usual in the most common jurisdictions (at least in EP, US and CN), including the ability for patent legal status assessment • Responsible for patent drafting and claim set definition.
What we are looking for:
- Engineer degree (good technical knowledge and understanding)
- Minimum 4-5 years in relevant experience in Patents & Intellectual property rights.
- Knowledge of the grant proceedings - EP, US and CN jurisdictions
- Questel, PatBAse, PatSnap - Patents portal
