Area Sales Manager – Mass LAP (Loan Against Property) Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive LAP business across the assigned geographical area and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, CAs and other channel partners.

• Generate new business through direct sourcing and channel development.

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer interaction to login, sanction and disbursement.





• Ensure quality sourcing by understanding customer profile, income, property and repayment capacity.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical and collections teams for smooth processing.

• Monitor the sales pipeline, TAT, conversion ratios and disbursement performance.

• Regularly visit customers and channel partners to strengthen relationships and identify recent business opportunities.

• Track competitor activity, market trends and pricing in the assigned territory.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements and credit/sales processes.

• Manage and motivate the sales team/relationship managers, where applicable.

• Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.

• 3–8 years of experience in LAP or mortgage

• Strong understanding of LAP sourcing, property evaluation, customer profiling and credit processes.
