We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager with 10-18 years of overall IT experience to own the delivery of a citizen development platform that empowers business users to create, document, and manage low-code/no-code applications within a governed workplace, supporting the full application lifecycle within the power, utilities, and renewables sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation with business and development stakeholders
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions to enable business users and stakeholders in platform utilization and best practices
- Facilitate communication across departments to clarify project objectives and ensure shared understanding of platform capabilities
- Align product features with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements throughout the design and development process
- Lead user acceptance testing activities to validate that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards




- Partner with support and operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and ongoing platform performance
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates
- Engage with a team of 3-5 colleagues and third-party vendors as necessary to deliver project outcomes
