NOwn portfolio P&L; and unit economics;
drive lifecycle levers;
design affluent collections with Risk;
govern benefit costs and migrations;
and deliver disciplinedMIS, forecasting and reviews.

- Lifecycle growth levers(activation, usage, spend deepening, attrition reduction) N
- Risk partnership and affluent collections strategy N
- Inorganic actions (migrations, transitions, sunsets) N
- MIS, dashboards, forecasts and budgeting cadence N

nPrimary Responsibilities:

- P&L; & Unit Economics N
- Build unit-level metrics and P&L; with Finance N
- Prepare monthly portfolio MIS (spends, activation, attrition) N
- Ensure timely monthly budgeting and provisioning N
- Track partner-led product costs and profitability (e.G., Maharaja Points) N




- Rewards economics and breakage modelling with periodic ROI reviews and benefit rationalization cycles (quarterly/annual). N
- Formal EWS (early warning) and behaviour scorecards for affluent cohorts;
playbooks for pre‐emptive line controls and treatment paths. N
- UPI‐on‐Credit adoption tracking, MCC/category controls, and merchant/category stimulus strategy. N
- Formal dormancy and high‐value retention programs. N
- Growth & Lifecyclen
- Develop acquisition plans and run acquisition campaigns N
- Design and execute portfolio growth campaigns to increase activation and usage N
- Analyse attrition, upgrades, lifecycle and execute actions N
- Plan and execute merchant/platform-led offers N
- Disputes & chargeback analytics with TAT governance;
systematic fee/interestreversal rules for billing errors;
root‐cause loops to other relevant teams N
- Analytics & Reporting N
- Build and maintain dashboards N
- Run forecasts and impact analysis for portfolio changes N
- Develop current reports andd
