Experience
- 12+ years in SAP Technical
- 5+ years as SAP Architect
- 3+ full-cycle SAP implementations
- Minimum 2 S/4HANA conversions (ECC → S/4HANA)

Core Technical Skills
- ABAP & ABAP OO – Reports, Module Pool, Enhancements, Workflow
- Integration: ALE/IDocs, RFCs, OData, ABAP Proxy (SOAP)
- ABAP on HANA: CDS Views, AMDP
- Robust SQL expertise

S/4HANA Conversion Expertise
- Define conversion strategy using:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Readiness Check
- SAP Software Update Manager (SUM)
- SAP Simplification Item Catalog
- Lead Custom Code Remediation using ATC




- Manage SPAU/SPDD strategy & retrofit planning
- Handle CVI & data consistency validations
- Architect HANA DB migration & performance optimization

Fiori & Architecture
- Define SAP Fiori strategy
- SAP Gateway (Embedded)
- Data Volume Management strategy
- Guide Clean Core & S/4HANA best practices
- Strong knowledge of SAP Authorization in S/4

Good to Have
- Retail / IS-Retail experience
- Functional knowledge in CAR / SD / FI
- Embedded Analytics using CDS & Analytical Queries
- SAP performance tuning tools
- Agile tools experience (JIRA)
