Purpose of the Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and equity of Opella India's Digestive Health and Personal Care brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, capable of developing and implementing brand plans that deliver measurable business results.



The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, leading integrated marketing execution, driving innovation, and managing financial performance across the assigned portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with overall business objectives
· Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy
· Conduct consumer and market research to identify insights and growth opportunities
· Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend strategic responses in a timely manner

2. Marketing Execution
· Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL (TV, Print, OOH), BTL (activations, in-store), Digital, and Trade channels
· Manage the creative development process with agency partners — including briefing, review, and approval of all brand communication assets
