1.Performance & KPI Monitoring – Track heat rate, auxiliary power, lignite/steam/water consumption; conduct PG tests and equipment performance analysis.
2.Grid & Power Sales Coordination – Liaise with SLDC for scheduling & synchronization; manage power bidding on IEX,
3.Documentation & MIS Reporting – Maintain shift logs, SAP defect logging, incident reports; consolidate generation/fuel data for monthly MIS and stakeholder reporting.
4.RCA & Process Optimization – Perform root cause analysis for outages and optimize SOPs to improve auxiliary and unit efficiency.
5.Digitalization Initiatives – Lead Industry 4.0 projects – real-time dashboards,
6.Safety & Compliance – Conduct internal audits, 5S implementation, safety observation visits,



and ensure OHS/HIRA compliance including metering calibration.
7. Stakeholder & SAP Management – Handle SAP job work processing, external communications, and represent the organization in energy efficiency awards.
