What you'll do

Docusign's Mobile Engineering organization is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (M4) to lead and scale our end-to-end mobile strategy across the entire company. Docusign is redefining how the world handles agreements, moving beyond e-signatures to an Intelligent Agreement Management platform that makes agreements smarter, faster,



and more connected across the entire agreement lifecycle. In this role, you will oversee all mobile engineering initiatives, spanning flagship native iOS applications, customer-facing native SDKs, and foundational mobile platform infrastructure. You will manage a high-performing organization composed of engineering managers, lead engineers, and cross-functional feature teams. As an organizational leader, you will partner closely with executive leadership in Product, Design, Security, and Platform Engineering to ensure mobile is a primary growth and technology driver for Docusign. You will balance long-term technical vision with predictable delivery, maintaining enterprise-grade security and consumer-level polish across all mobile touchpoints.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering.
