Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Build and own business dashboards covering revenue, profitability, inventory, customer acquisition, retention and operational performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce and offline channels.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and business risks.




- Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Track key business metrics and proactively surface insights that improve growth and efficiency.

Strategy & Founder Initiatives
- Partner directly with the founders on high-impact strategic projects.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and consumer analysis.
- Build business cases, financial models, presentations and growth plans.
- Evaluate current business opportunities, partnerships and expansion initiatives.

Cross-functional Execution
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, Operations and Customer Experience.
- Drive execution across founder priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Remove execution bottlenecks by coordinating across teams.
- Ensure projects move from idea to implementation with speed and accountability.
