Paar Autonomy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to work closely with our People Ops team on hiring

Responsibilities
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars
- Coordinate across teams to make sure every interview runs smoothly with no scheduling conflicts, no last-minute scrambles
- Keep candidates and interviewers informed and on track throughout the process
- Support the HR Team as needed

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to candidates and coordinating with busy teams daily
- Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple interview pipelines at once
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, early-stage startup workplace
- Available to start immediately
- Based in or around Bengaluru (for the weekly in-office day)

You will be required to come down to the office once a week and work from home for 4 days.
