Seeking a highly skilled and visionary Software Engineering Manager to lead highly skilled engineers to build a robust next gen data platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise in Big Data, Data Warehousing, and end-to-end real-time data movement. You will architect and build Caterpillar’s state-of-the-art digital platform, while driving innovation in AI and advanced analytics.

- Design and implement end-to-end near real-time data movement solutions.
- Ensure best practices in data engineering, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data governance.
- Big Data & Data Warehousing
- Lead the design and implementation of Big Data processing frameworks and Data Warehousing solutions.
- Build and maintain large-scale data lakes and data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for performance and reliability.
