This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on GRC and Legal capabilities. You will help translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. The role combines hands-on platform engineering with technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and stakeholder consultation. You will work extensively with ServiceNow platform components, custom applications, integrations, automation, and enterprise development practices. The position offers an chance to influence technical standards, guide development teams, and shape solutions that meet demanding functional and non-functional requirements. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and review high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business use cases, technical requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed technical designs, solution architectures, development guidelines, and implementation approaches.
- Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow GRC and Legal implementations, identifying solution options and selecting approaches that best meet business, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.
- Develop and review architecture and design documentation covering application frameworks, integrations, technology choices, design patterns, and high-level implementation approaches.
