What You'll Be Part Of

you will be an individual contributor within HARMAN's Global Mobility and HR Operations team, supporting employment-based immigration programs across the United States.
- You will partner closely with employees, managers, HR teams, Finance stakeholders, and external immigration counsel to facilitate visa and permanent residency processes.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex casework, ensuring compliance, delivering exceptional employee support, and driving operational excellence in a quick-paced environment.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Coordinate employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN, H-4, and U.S. permanent residency processes, by partnering closely with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders.
