Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT
Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have
experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand
job requirements and technical skill requirements from hiring managers.
- Source
suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and
other recruitment platforms.
- Screen
and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and job
requirements.
- Conduct
initial HR/telephonic screening interviews.
- Coordinate
and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow
up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain
candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle
end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure.
- Build




and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
- Ensure
a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work
closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to close positions
within timelines.

Required Skills
- Experience
in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Good
understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on
experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and
other sourcing platforms.
- Strong
skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Experience
in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to manage multiple positions and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong
follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
