The BU Head – Telecom Solutions will be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and
profitability of Lepton’s telecom vertical. You will lead the transformation of our NetworkAccess
suite into a globally competitive, AI-enabled platform while driving revenue growth, global
expansion, and delivery excellence.
This role requires a rare blend of product and domain expertise, sales leadership, and strategic
foresight, with the ability to lead AI innovation in a traditional telecom ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Growth
 Define and execute the growth strategy for Telecom BU, aligned with company vision and
market trends
 Own P&L; accountability, drive top-line and bottom-line growth, and expand global market
share
 Set ambitious yet achievable OKRs/KPIs across product, sales, and delivery functions
 Build strategic partnerships with telecom operators, government bodies, GSIs, and
channel partners
2. AI & Product Innovation
 Drive the transformation of NetworkAccess into an AI-first platform for telecom lifecycle
management




 Monitor emerging technologies (AI/ML, computer vision, LLMs, GIS automation) and
evaluate applicability in telecom
3. Sales & Market Expansion
 Lead direct and partner-led sales efforts in India and global markets
 Work with pre-sales and marketing to drive solution positioning, demand generation, and
deal closures
 Guide enterprise sales strategies for high-value, multi-country telecom accounts
 Lead go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership agreements with GSIs and
OEMs
4. Delivery & Operations
 Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all telecom projects and services
 Implement process excellence, automation, and scalable delivery models
 Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure satisfaction, renewals,
and growth
 Monitor delivery health metrics, SLAs, and customer feedback to optimize operations
5. Team & Culture
 Build and lead a cross-functional BU team including
