Position Overview
Position Overview We are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and conversion. This role is focused on static and motion design—creating high-quality visuals for digital ads, social media, emails, and landing pages.
You will work directly with our leadership to interpret marketing goals and turn them into compelling visual assets. If you are a designer who understands layout, typography, and how to design for marketing results, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Creative & Social Media:



Design eye-catching static visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ads that stop the scroll and drive clicks.
- Marketing Collateral: Create high-quality assets for email marketing campaigns, eBooks, whitepapers, and sales presentations.
- Web & Landing Pages: Design visual elements and layouts for high-converting landing pages and website banners.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, digital ads, and web content using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Performance-Informed Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the performance of creative assets, using data and A/B testing results to iterate on and improve future designs.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enforce our brand's visual identity, ensuring a high standard of creative excellence across all static and animated materials.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic
