We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finpro team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Relationship Manager - Finpro

We will count on you to:
- Participates and takes notes in routine discussions and correspondence with clients, on claim calculations or coverage to build strong client relationships and provides support at regular scheduled formal claims review meetings between the client and insurers and/or appointed claims handlers/adjustors to facilitate smooth closures.

Tracks insurer response and drafts low complexity correspondence to insurers and their professional advisers on routine issues in order to engage with insurers and their qualified advisers and to audit claims for clients.

Researches and suggests appropriate policies and/or coverage's on routine coverage issues and summarizes notifications in order to provide solutions to clients against future risks.





Integrates pre-structured/low complexity claims related data such as loss statistics, key trends, cost reduction opportunities and other data in order to assist development of action plans to manage client's total cost of risk.

Conducts initial review and audit of insurers/other suppliers against agreed service levels, comments on reserves, and develops a report with initial recommendations to maintain quality of claims process.

Drafts common communication documents according to pre-defined standards for clients for coverage and negotiations, such as correspondence letters, claims calculations and reviews documents prepared by the clients in order to support routine claims process for clients.
