Job Summary:
The Ayurveda Physician Consultant will independently oversee and manage the recent wellness center, ensuring its success through expert consultations, effective management, and proactive promotion of Ayurvedic treatments and products. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to engage clients, attract more footfalls, and achieve set goals. The doctor will work collaboratively with therapists and front office personnel to deliver exceptional care and a seamless client experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and design personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans.
- Supervise and ensure the proper execution of therapies and treatments by therapists.
- Deliver health talks and engaging presentations to attract clients and build awareness about the center's offerings.
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction,



addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatments, and client progress.
- Manage resources, including inventory, equipment, and staff schedules, to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience:
