We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate for end-to-end planning and coordination across procurement, inventory, and demand planning functions. Additionally, this role will translate existing business workflows into ERP-driven processes to enhance visibility and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Inventory Planning
- Develop and manage inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across all locations.
- Monitor inventory health (slow-moving, dead stock, stock-outs) and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain a balance between service levels and working capital efficiency.

2. RM/PM Planning (Raw Material / Packaging Material)
- Plan and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials based on production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and production teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.

3. Forecast Sharing
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business teams to gather demand forecasts.
- Consolidate and validate forecasts to create a unified demand plan.

S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Drive the monthly S&OP; process to align demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions between sales, operations, finance, and procurement.
- Identify gaps between demand and supply and propose actionable solutions.

5. ERP Implementation (Workflow Digitization)
- Translate existing supply chain workflows into ERP system processes.
- Coordinate with tech/ERP teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows.
- Support testing, validation, and rollout of ERP modules related to supply chain.
- Drive adoption of ERP systems within the supply chain function.
