Interview Levels and Mode: 3 Levels -Virtual for Bangalore Location | F2F for Mumbai Location(Same day)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years in Technical Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle. i.e.C-2-H (Contract to Hire)
- Sourcing and hiring candidates for various technical roles, focusing on niche skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Target-oriented approach with a proven track record in meeting recruitment goals.
- Proficient in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in recruiting for core technical roles.
- Work stability is must.
