Required Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a product presales specialist in an Enterprise from CPaaS/SaaS domain is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the CPaaS/SaaS market, technical solutions and its competitive landscape (specifically deep domain understanding of OTT communication channels like WhatsApp and RCS).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system.

- Collaborate closely with the product manager and the business stakeholders to define and implement the pre-sales strategy for the assigned CPaaS domain and industry vertical.
