About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales professional who can consistently deliver individual results while developing team members to achieve ambitious sales targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will initially be expected to demonstrate strong sales performance and a deep understanding of the sales process before taking on broader team leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for setting goals, improving sales processes, analyzing performance data, coaching team members, and developing strategies that consistently improve conversion and revenue.
The ideal candidate is highly competitive, commercially driven,



comfortable working with international customers, and passionate about helping others become better sales professionals.

- Lead, motivate, and coach sales representatives to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Set clear performance goals and establish actionable plans to achieve them.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team reviews, and performance discussions.
- Develop high-performing sales professionals through structured coaching, feedback, and continuous training.
- Lead by example by maintaining robust personal sales performance and demonstrating effective sales techniques.
