The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leads MEP delivery through strong technical direction, safe working practices and rigorous programme, quality and commissioning control.
- Builds trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to drive aligned outcomes.
- Provides expert guidance, promotes Safety First and embeds best practice, digital and sustainability principles.
- Steers procurement, design reviews and delivery strategies to meet scope, budget and sustainability goals.
- Guides high performing teams,
managing risk, improving performance and championing net zero principles.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 15-20 years experience.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
