Responsibilities
We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the DEX Monitoring and Automations area within TeamViewer ONE. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the centre of TeamViewer's Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) strategy — the journey from reactive IT to fully autonomous endpoint operations.
You will own the product vision,



roadmap, and delivery for two equally strategic pillars: proactive digital employee experience monitoring (real-time telemetry, DEX scoring, AI-driven insights) and IT workflow automation (the DEX Hub automation library, Tia Scripting, SCALE instructions, and remediation workflows). Working closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and GTM teams, you will define clear requirements, deliver iterative value, and create measurable outcomes for both IT administrators and the employees they support.

DEX Monitoring & Insights
- Define and execute the product roadmap for real-time DEX telemetry, endpoint health monitoring, and experience scoring, evolving the DEX Score to reflect true user-centric performance during live usage.
