Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Marketing Account Manager located in Gurugram. The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and overseeing client projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of project goals,



generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining clear channels of communication with clients to exceed expectations. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Sales and Lead Generation expertise to drive business development
- Project Management skills to oversee and deliver client campaigns with efficiency
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
