Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM)
solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
The role focuses on the HR data and processes required within S/4HANA, rather than the full SAP HCM suite. You will be responsible for defining the solution architecture, ensuring effective integration with surrounding systems, and supporting the solution throughout implementation and deployment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
- Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements, covering the relevant subset of SAP HCM functionality required in S/4HANA.
- Define how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA.
- Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
- Ensure alignment between HRMM and relevant S
