Strong experience in W2 hiring and building candidate pipelines for both technical and business-focused roles across the United States.
nKey Responsibilities
nIT Recruitment:

- Recruit for IT positions including Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Java/.NET Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and Cybersecurity professionals.n
- Work directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.n
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, and networking channels.n
- Conduct technical and behavioral screening interviews.n




- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.n
- Build and maintain a robust W2 consultant pipeline for client requirements.n

nNon-IT Recruitment:

- Recruit for Finance, HR, Administrative, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, Sales, and Marketing roles.n
- Conduct competency-based screening and candidate evaluations.n
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer discussions.n
- Ensure timely fulfillment of direct client hiring needs.n

nDirect Client Management:
