Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities

- Manage overall laboratory operations covering testing of concrete, soil, aggregates, steel and other construction materials.n
- Maintain the laboratory's NABL accreditation and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.n
- Oversee calibration, maintenance and validation of laboratory testing equipment and instruments.n
- Review, verify and approve laboratory test reports prior to issuance to clients.n
- Plan and manage laboratory staffing, workload allocation and technician training.n
- Coordinate with clients and project teams on testing requirements, schedules and report turnaround.n
- Lead internal and external NABL audits and drive closure of audit observations/non-conformances.n
- Implement and maintain the laboratory's quality management system (QMS) documentation.n
- To develop recent testing as per relevant IS standardsn
- Plan, implement and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility in cooperation with his/her superior and manage activities in case of deviationsn




- Build up client relations with major accounts / potentials.n
- Organize dedicated PR and Marketing events foreseen in budget.n

nQualification and Experience

- Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of overall experience in material testing, including at least 5
