nYou will join our high-performance Digital Engineering team and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade frontend applications. You will drive frontend architecture, engineering excellence, and up-to-date UI development while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.n
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components using modern frontend technologies.n
- Develop enterprise-grade frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.n
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using component-driven development principles.n
- Build reusable design systems, component libraries, and shared UI frameworks.n
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and WebSocket-based applications.n
- Optimize applications for maximum performance using lazy loading, code splitting,



tree shaking, memoization, caching, and bundle optimization.n
- Improve Core Web Vitals, browser compatibility, application responsiveness, and user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.n
- Lead frontend engineering teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).n
- Mentor and coach frontend developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best engineering practices.n
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, design principles, and reusable engineering frameworks.n
- Drive architectural discussions, technical solutioning, and technology adoption initiatives.n
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality digital products.n
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into production-ready applications.n
